There is a long standing conversation on digital vs. analog, and while I prefer the latter, it would be ill-advised to ignore the changing landscape of art modalities. There are many digital techniques that open new doors; I work using Adobe Illustrator as well as Procreate.

The most significant benefit of making a digital collage is that it allows the artist to create multiple versions without destroying the original. Oftentimes I upload my own found images with my favorite quotes, to create composite works with layers that always remain alterable, unlike a traditional collage in which all materials are adhered to the page.
